PREPARE YOUR VICTORY SONG
"But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ."
— 1 CORINTHIANS 15:57 (KJV)
When you have truly prayed and sought the face of God, the next thing to prepare is not fear, worry, or arguments, it is your victory song. Prayer is the end of the matter; because prayer hands the matter over to God, and God never loses a battle.
Scriptures assures us that answers follow genuine seeking. “And whatsoever we ask, we receive of Him, because we keep His commandments” (1 John 3:22). Once you have prayed according to God’s will and aligned your heart with Him, the outcome is settled in heaven, even if it has not yet appeared on earth.
Jehoshaphat understood this mystery. Before the battle was fought, singers were sent ahead declaring praise, and God turned the enemy against themselves (2 Chronicles 20:21–22). Victory was released not by weapons, but by confidence in God after prayer. Praise became the announcement of a victory that no negative force could stop.
Faith rests when prayer is complete. “Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God” (Philippians 4:6). Thanksgiving takes the posture of answers is already granted. That is why praise after prayer is powerful, it shows trust.
God’s Word reminds us that no opposition can cancel what He has approved. “If God be for us, who can be against us?” (Romans 8:31). When God steps into a situation, resistance becomes irrelevant. So prepare your victory song, the victory is already secured.

Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for hearing me when I pray. I rest in the assurance that You have taken over my battles. With thanksgiving and praise, I receive Your victory, knowing it is fully settled. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
