HAVE A REVELATION OF CHRIST, I
"He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God."
— MATTHEW 16:15-16
The key to elevation in the Kingdom is revelation. The worth of a believer is determined by the amount of light (knowledge) he possesses. No one can rise above the level of the light they carry. Without revelation, a believer may be present in the Kingdom but unable to function at the level God desires.
Job revealed that his greatness was rooted in the secret of the Lord, which was uncommon among men. He said in Job 29:4, “As I was in the days of my youth, when the secret of God was upon my tabernacle.” This shows that revelation is pivotal to our spiritual growth. When the secrets of God are revealed to a man, his life begins to operate with divine clarity and uncommon wisdom.
This is why your personal revelation of God and His Kingdom is essential for growth as a believer. Jesus once asked His disciples, “Who do you say that I am?” (Matthew 16:15). It was not enough to merely follow Him; He sought their understanding of who He truly was. Likewise, it is not enough to simply call yourself a Christian. You must ask yourself, What is my revelation of Christ? Your flight in life is empowered by light. The more light you receive from God’s Word, the higher you rise in purpose and destiny.
Peter’s revelation of Christ made him stand out among the disciples. Matthew 16:18, “And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” One revelation changed Peter’s identity and positioned him for kingdom impact.

Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for the revelation of You. From today, I receive deeper truth of You and declare that I experience a new dimension of growth in life and in my walk with You. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
