HOPE FOR TOMORROW

"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end."

— JEREMIAH 29:11

Plans fail. Doors close. The future may look unclear. But today's scriptures reminds us of something powerful, God is thinking about us. Not casually, not randomly, but intentionally. His thoughts toward us are thoughts of peace, not harm. That means even when today feels confusing, tomorrow is still in safe hands.

God sees the full picture. We only see a moment. What feels like delay to us may be divine preparation. Scripture tells us in Romans 8:28 that all things work together for good to them that love God. Even the hard seasons are not wasted. They are part of His greater design.

Hope for tomorrow is not wishful thinking; it is confidence in God’s character. Lamentations 3:22–23 says His mercies are new every morning. That means every sunrise carries fresh grace and another opportunity to see His goodness. And Psalm 30:5 reminds us that weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.

If God has written your future, it cannot end in defeat. There is an “expected end” — a future filled with purpose. Your current situation is not your final destination. Stay anchored in Him. Trust His timing. Believe that tomorrow carries promise.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You for thinking about me and planning good for my life. When I feel unsure about tomorrow, help me remember that You are in control. Fill my heart with peace and confidence in Your promises. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
