MADE FREE IN CHRIST
"Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage."
— GALATIANS 5:1
th is a Person, and that is Jesus Himself. When we believe His Word, we begin to see ourselves the way God sees us: forgiven, loved, and empowered. Verse 36 continues, “If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” That means real freedom which is complete and lasting freedom.
Many people still struggle with anxiety, anger, or past mistakes. But 2 Corinthians 3:17 reminds us, “Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” When God’s Spirit lives in us, chains are broken. We are no longer slaves to sin, as Epistle to the Romans 8:1 declares: “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus.”
Freedom in Christ does not mean life has no challenges. It means those challenges no longer control us. We now have the power to say no to sin, no to fear, and yes to God’s will. Christ has already won the victory. Our part is to believe it, receive it, and walk in it daily.

Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for the freedom I have in Christ. Help me to stand firm and not return to any form of bondage. Teach me to live daily in Your truth and liberty. I declare that I am free indeed. In Jesus’ Name, Amen!
