IT HAS BEEN SETTLED, II
"For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven."
— PSALM 119 89
God’s Word is not temporary. It is not uncertain. It is not subject to change. The Bible says His Word is settled in heaven, meaning it is fixed, established, and unmovable (Isaiah 40:8).
What God has said, He stands by. What God has done, He does not reverse (Numbers 23:19).
If He says you are forgiven, you are forgiven.
If He says you are blessed, you are blessed.
If He says you are victorious, that verdict is final (1 Corinthians 15:57).
Heaven is not debating your destiny. Heaven is not reconsidering your redemption. God’s promises are established as a covenant (Hebrews 6:17–18). Circumstances may change. People may change their minds. But God’s Word remains final (Matthew 24:35).
When He declared salvation through Christ, it was settled (John 19:30).
When He promised never to leave nor forsake you, it was settled (Hebrews 13:5).
When He said no weapon formed against you shall prosper, it was settled (Isaiah 54:17).
Your confidence, therefore, should not be in what you see, but in what God has spoken, Faith stands on the settled Word.
Rest in this truth, God is not trying to decide your outcome. He has already spoken. And what He has spoken is forever settled in heaven.
Stand firm on His word, Believe it, and walk in it.

Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You that Your Word is forever settled. I trust fully in what You have spoken and walk boldly in every promise You have declared over my life. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
