UNITED IN CHRIST

"There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus."

— GALATIANS 3:28

At the cross, every dividing wall was broken, every barrier dismantled, and every distinction that once separated men was swallowed up in Christ. In Him, we are not defined by race, status, gender, or background, but by our new identity as sons and daughters of God.

The kingdom of God operates on oneness. Division weakens, but unity empowers. When believers walk in the consciousness of their unity in Christ, they manifest strength, love, and divine authority. The enemy thrives where there is division, but God commands His blessing where there is unity. “For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles… and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.” — 1 CORINTHIANS 12:13.

Unity in Christ is not uniformity, it is divine harmony. Though we may differ in function, calling, or expression, we are joined together by one Spirit, one Lord, and one faith. This unity is preserved through love, humility, and a shared commitment to Christ. “Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body, and one Spirit…” — EPHESIANS 4:3–4.

“And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth…” — ACTS 17:26. If we truly understand our oneness in Christ, we will walk free from strife, jealousy, and comparison. We will celebrate others, and pursue peace because “Where unity is embraced, God’s power is released.”

Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You for making me one with every believer in Christ. I receive grace to walk in love, humility, and unity. Deliver me from every spirit of division, and make me a vessel of peace in the body of Christ, in Jesus’ Name, Amen.
